Feed & Feeders

Feeds for every age and stage, plus feeders that cut the waste.

Animals

The right feed changes with the bird, the animal and the season, and the right feeder keeps it dry and in the animal, not on the ground. We'll only list feeds once our own animals have eaten them for a while.

What we look for

Buying well in feed & feeders

  • Protein levels that match the animal and its age (quail run higher than chickens)
  • Feeders that limit flicking and spillage
  • Covers that keep out rain and wild birds
  • Sizes that hold a few days of feed without going stale
